With any given exercise at Manic Training, there are always a variety of modifications available for a range of athletic levels, whether you are looking for a bigger challenge, or for a more moderate version. Here you will see the standard "burpee". Up next you will see the progression from the advanced version known as a "bunny", to a traditional "burpee", to a "burp", and finally a simple "get down / get up". For many people, starting at a moderate version and working up to an advanced version is a great way to measure your progress at Manic Training over the weeks, months, and years.
